Metro Parking Structures, LLC was formed on 10/27/2006 by Craig Wagenbach, a seasoned construction veteran who has extensive experience in the design and construction of parking facilities throughout the Midwest, including major involvement in one of the largest, most challenging parking structures in the World-the 12,000 car Midfield Parking Deck at Detroit Metropolitan International Airport. Additionally, Craig was intimately involved in many other rigorous parking projects including another major unorthodox structure, the Chicago Bears Stadium Parking Deck built immediately adjacent to the renovated Soldier Field.
Metro Parking is structured to help the Architect effectively plan and coordinate with the Owner in such a way that maximum value can be achieved without surprises and to then Design and Build a conforming structure. Maintenance and restoration/rehabilitation services are also available.
It is the firm belief of our company that the quality must go in on the “front” end of these projects, particularly in the planning, coordination and specifying stages as parking structures tend to be poorly maintained after initial construction. To that end, Metro Parking will bring uncommon value to this process by being the best planning and coordination partner on your next parking structure. |
